PUG OF THE MOMENT
Jax The FrugPH ID: #6788
Jax is a 7 year old French Bulldog-Pug Mix, better known as a Frug, and was surrendered to PugHearts when his health and well being became the number one concern. Poor Jax started having seizure and both his family and his vet had trouble controlling it. Jax is a beautiful boy. He’s a gorgeous brindle color, with amazing bat ears and an underbite that dreams are made of. Seizures are going to be something Jax will live with, but there’s no reason he can’t live a normal and happy life. Jax loves other dogs and has a blast running around the yard. He sleeps in the big bed every night and always has a nylabone by his side. Due to his epilepsy, Jax will NEVER take flea medicine and will be on phenobarbital for life. We’ve also determined that Jax has some anxiety driven issues and trazadone has been great keeping him calm, also helping his seizures. He will need to be spayed prior to adoption, with possible nares correction. Despite these issues Jax is the happiest of dogs. He loves fetching the tennis ball and giving his mommy tons of kisses.
